When will I receive my case?

All orders are processed immediately but please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. (This does not include weekends and bank holidays)

I need quicker delivery for a special occasion?

Please get in contact with us before placing the order and we will let you know if the date is doable.

Why has my order taken longer than the time stated?

Please understand that each item is embossed/designed individually so sometimes there may be delays if there is a high volume of orders.

When will I receive my International order?

Please note that orders being shipped worldwide may take a little longer than the delivery guidelines.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for which means you will need to be in to sign for your order.

What if you don’t have my phone model?

Please contact us and we will try to resolve this for you. 

I wasn’t in to sign for my order – now what?

If you are not in to sign for your parcel, the postman should leave a red ‘while you were out’ card which will have instructions on when to collect it from your local post office.

I have put the incorrect initials on my order?

Please contact us and we will do everything we can to change this for you. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to print we are unable to amend this for you.

I have ordered the incorrect phone model?

This is a very common mistake so please ensure to double check what phone model you have before ordering as there is nothing we can do to change this. 

Can I return my order?

All items are customised per order therefore we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Wear and Tear on your phone cover?

Phone cases are there to protect your phones therefore wear and tear is inevitable. We cannot accept fault for this. If you receive your phone and It is damaged please contact us straight away and we will try and resolve this for you.

My order isn’t what I thought it would look like? 

Please note that you are selecting the image on the website therefore this is exactly what you will get. Some colours may vary slightly depending on the quality of your computer screen compared to the printed version. 

I want this design but a different font?

This is no problem at all but please make sure you contact us as soon as you have placed your order and we will do our best to meet your needs. We only know what you want if we are told.

I want to order cases for my company? 

This is no problem at all please contact us and make sure to have a PNG of your company logo. 

Can I have it gift wrapped?

Of course. Please select gift wrap when placing an order.

Can I have a special note inside of the package?

Yes of course – Please contact us once you have placed your order.
