Personalised Items (1-2 weeks)

Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. (This is not including bank holidays or weekends)

In Stock Items (2-3 days)

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Pre Order Items (2-3 weeks)

Please check the description section on the item you are purchasing for more details on delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive an email with your Royal Mail Tracking Number (please check your junk). This will allow you to track your parcel and keep up to date.

Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail will not ask for your signature on delivery.

If you are not in you will receive a 'while you are out' card. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your parcel from the local post office.

Returns and exchanges

Due to items being bespoke to you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We can offer you an exchange or credit note within 14 days. Please ensure the item is in the same condition it was receieved in and unworn.

Please email us with the order number and reason for returning and we will advise further on the returns process.

If you have recieved a fualty item, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
